Ageing
!!! I just had a heart attack four day ago !!! Somehow only minor damage! I was working out 5 days a week. I’m 56! I look strong-ish. One artery was 100% blocked. No drugs, drinking, or smoking! I need smart people to reply. They have me on statins! Some say that is a bad thing. What say you? Second question, I think I was overdoing the supplements and I don’t want to be dehydrated so what are like the top five in anyone’s opinion, that I can take along with my heart meds?
YOU ARE MAGNIFIQUE
Michael Morgans Headline statement is : "New Urolithin-A 1,000mg – The New Wonder Compound that's taking over the Longevity Industry." Rhonda, Please advise if you could recommend and/or try this product.
Ah cool – i was watching you on someone elses channel that copied your video. but there wrre a lot of added slides like "learn chinese" and other odd slides mixed in while they played your audio. It was at:
https://youtu.be/e6Y_mJII6qc?si=rjISrAIQu5SZrwop
Fortunately someone said your name and channel, so i was able to find your channel
There’s a YouTube channel called “wellness frontiers” that is using your face and voice. Is this a legitimate channel that belongs to you?
If people keep their iodine levels up , will help keep breast cancer at bay…also extremely good for the gut….. Dr manolito
Thank you Rhonda and FOUND my FITNESS – That little tidbit of information at the end of the vid, was so nice to hear. 'High intensity exercise sessions create a hurricane type environment within Arteries, that blows the bad boys out the window'.. Lol, I've done that intuitively my entire adult life.. That visualisation is how I saw it too. So thanks I found that helpful.
What is your position on vaccines
The way you say “fatty acids” is so sexy.
Magnesium and many other minerals were found primarily in drinking water.I.E spring that used to be clean enough to drink without poisoning with chlorine or ammonia, not to mention fluoride poison.
I recently bought a "Calcifediol" form of Vit. D. Would recommend this? (I am experimenting because D3 lowers my mood to very dark, like clockwork)
Hey Doc can you explain why some people react negatively to vit d ?
Very nice structured video and what I liked the most are those small nuggets of text providing the summary of info. Thank you, very nice work!
Excelent presentation! Saved in favorites.
I've been struggling with high blood pressure for the past few years. I'm only 33. Not overweight, active. Been taking BP medication for two years and couldn't get my levels under control. Started supplementing with D3, Magnesium, Fish Oil, and Creatine. Now I'm consistently under 120/80, tons of energy, very strong in the gym, high sex drive. Honestly couldn't be happier.
I really hope people pay attention to this and take their health seriously. its so incredibly important.
Thank you for this valuable information
Vitamin DEEEE
Hi Rhonda, regarding vitamin D, could you do an overview of the research from Walter Stumpf please?
Rhonda is doing good things and making the world a better place. I like Rhonda and I like what she is doing.
✅ Scientific Fact-Check of Key Claims
Vitamin D Deficiency & Mortality:
✅ Accurate. Low vitamin D is linked to higher mortality rates. Supplementation reduces risk of respiratory infections and supports immune health. (NIH)
Magnesium & Cancer Risk:
✅ Supported. Magnesium deficiency increases the risk of metabolic disorders and may influence cancer risk through its role in DNA repair. (PubMed)
Omega-3 Deficiency as a Major Risk Factor:
✅ Valid. Low omega-3 intake contributes to cardiovascular diseases and inflammation. High omega-3 index correlates with longevity. (AHA)
Omega-3s Counteract Mercury Toxicity:
⚠ Partially True. Omega-3s may mitigate some neurotoxic effects of mercury, but mercury exposure remains a health risk, especially for pregnant women. (FDA)
Exercise as a Longevity Tool:
✅ Strongly Supported. Physical activity reduces mortality, improves metabolic health, and slows aging. (CDC)
Hormesis Benefits:
✅ Scientifically Supported. Mild stress (exercise, fasting, heat exposure) activates protective cellular mechanisms. (Cell Metabolism)
Sleep Disruption Mitigated by Exercise:
✅ Evidence-Based. Exercise improves glucose regulation and reduces the health impact of poor sleep. (Sleep Medicine Reviews)
⚡ Key Takeaways:
Optimize: Vitamin D, magnesium, omega-3s for longevity.
Incorporate: Regular exercise, both HIIT and resistance training.
Monitor: Personalized biomarkers like Vitamin D levels and Omega-3 Index.
Balance: Supplements with nutrient-dense whole foods.
Man evolution really screwed us.
Hola en español por favor gracias
Thanks!
They say to take VITAMIN D supplements to improve those with PSORIASIS. but there is a danger of taking too much Vitamin D, the body can not get rid of too much Vitamin D.
what is your opinion of brassica tea??
Im in NM, vit. D is not a problem.
I've said for years that IMO the reasons there is so much mental illness and autism in kids is directly due to the unhealthyness of the mothers.
Great content!😊
Yes….my D levels is deficient, I'd been doing a D supplement prior to being tested, however, I knew I needed to increase prior to him stating an increase from 400 to 800 IU. I'm doing a Carlson 2000 IU soft gel. I just discovered that a magnesium supplement should be included for better absorption of the D, he failed to even mention that. This is an excellent video. It provided great knowledge, giving me a better understanding of some of the things that I'd incorporated into my routine. As an African American elder, certain life style changes, I'm learning still, can truly change my life. Corruption within our country, profits/health has ruined so many lives. Take this pharmaceutical ,so that I ca prescribe another to mask the side effects and so on. Thankyou to the host for bringing this wonderful Doctor on. 😊❤
Astounding that you are promoting fish consumption when the oceans are overfished and dying because of commercial fishing and people in the Global South are suffering the consequences of this. Have you watched Seaspriracy?!! EPA and DHA can be derived from algae, which is where the fish get it from! Please think about the wider consequences for the planet, all humans and other species and make more responsible recommendations!
I heard there's a lot of low hanging Vit D at nudist colonies
DOES DR. PATRICK MAKE ANY MONEY FROM THE SALES OF VITAMIN D OR OTHER SUPPLEMENTS????
hi Dr. Patrick, there are some updates on Consumerlab, regarding fish oil supplementation, stating that healthy people (no cardiovascular disease) who supplement fish oil might be at a higher risk (13%) of developing atrial fibrillation and stroke (5%). Any thoughts on that?
I need an updated episode of the Magic School Bus covering lacate. I want to say the episode where that was covered formed my memories around lactate on muscles.
I’ve added in cod liver oil and wild caught salmon very recently and I already see a difference . Thank you 🙏 great video ❤
D3, K2, Creatine and omega 3 is all I take
