I hardly ever discuss my supplements with my medical doctor. They don’t know much about them & all that they do know is that they don’t make any money or commission’s from them ~ so my health is excellent ~ all my Lab stuff has been tested & my results are in excellent condition My bones have tested good, my kidneys are in great shape, as well as my liver. I take a high intake of D3 and K2 MK7 with zinc & magnesium as a daily dose. Life is good. Oh by the way ~ I’m only 73 years young but I feel like 52 years old. God bless us. God bless us all. 😎😎😎🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🙏🏻👍🫡🫡🫡
It appears the biggest problem is the same ole. An a little bit is not a problem
Sorry but for years we've been repeatedly told that K1 is a clotting factor while K2 isn't and now you tell us that K2 is associated with the clotting process… I'm totally confused
Z,z,z,z,z,z,z,z. How to lose an audience?
Nó eeelloosss nó están desinformados, está informados, no quieeeren sabeerrr naaadà de estas tendeennncias, si, o sï seran impaaccctadas sus finaannnzas. Xfavoorrr
Everyone needs it. 60+ and my bone Score is 1.75. Very high for my age. I only use 100% natural K2
Lies, conflation, and indoctrination! That's not why they give infants vit k shots, first of all. Vitamin D is not a vitamin, but a hormone which was discovered last century. You should get the vast amount of your vitamins and nutrients from fresh food. If you're not, check your food and ditch your medication. Yeah, I said it. I've done it. Helped many others do it. However, if you're short on K, find natural sources of supplementation and it synthesizes in the larges intestines while empty so take first thing in the morning.
I'd like to add that K-2 is prevalent in Grass-Fed animals and when we eat their meat or products, like butter, milk, eggs we get a good dose of K-2. It's no secret that K-2 is a game-changer for human health, and if you are not getting it….then take a K-2 MK-7 supplement. Trust me on this.
D3 with olive oil
how is100% blocked artery cleared before stent is put in? Is this common procedure in Australia, clearign 100% block?
So frozen veggie bags in stores are useless for Vitamin K1 then huh
Good presentation. In many cases however, you spoke to vitamin K "combined" versus vitamin K1 or K2 alone. I was mostly interested in the effects of vitamin K1 and K2 alone – not in combination with each other. Thanks.
Speak to my healthcare provider I do and none of them know anything about vitamin K 2 .They look at me as if I have three eyes.
Vitamin k with clotting
Sadly, this message is very insufficient. Most Americans get k1 from vegetables but the far more important k2 is mostly from animal sources. Unless it’s natto(I’d rather die). So good sources of k2 are healthy cheese(Pasteur raised) and other Pasteur raised animals. Long story short, it some good cheese!!
We have to get our youth vitamin D3. The more the youth stay inside on a computer or on their phones and we are told to avoid the sun at any level. The calamities of world is showing the signs that Jesus will come and bring the Light healing. The signs are here. This is coming from a ex-pharmacist and biochemist. He is watching. Big Pharma and insurance company do not cover vitamin D3 testing. A multiple of ailments can be cured or put in remission. Many factors how much vitamin D(sun exposure or oral), the type of vitamin K-2 or mk-7, amount and type of calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
Decades ago I was introduced to vitamin K as a means of contributing the strength of vein walls. This has not been mentioned here. Was I wrongly informed?
Are Babies automatically given an injection? Did I understand that right😮
Drink spinach or eat it I highly recommend
My mam started taking them a couple of years ago and now i am taking them too
Canola oils are terrible for the body. Dont eat any kind of ultra proces seed oils.
make sure its k2 not k
At last some honest, straight forward information without trying to sell us a damn book or a bottle of pills!
So you shouldn’t buy frozen spinach or kale 😢
I did hear this lady correctly? K2 for clotting? Sorry k1 for clotting and k2 for depositing calcium into the bones .
At the end of that video mentioned a study but it's no wonder it failed 25mcg of Vitamin d is only 1000iu , 125mcg is 5000iu and it been said that's not enough 250mcg 10000iu has been recommended after a study in America the found 80% of Californian were vitamin d deficiency , 9600iu was recommended so you may as well say 10000iu. Some of these studies are designed to fail because Pharmaceutical companies don't want you to know the benefits.
Is vitamin K2 contraindicated in the case of atrial fibrillation? I can’t seem to find anyone who can comment on this.
Vit K is couglant Is vitamin K2 MK7 a couglant
