They tried drop shipping the bikes from what I can tell and they weren’t allowed to do that but no one would have cared so long as the bikes actually showed up but they got greedy and didn’t find a reliable bike supplier so then customers started to not get their bikes and then the state got mad that they took the credit without delivering the bikes.
Feds have a 98% convention rate. Careful what you ask for with wanting to be charged. They have unlimited resources and time

Never got my bike and neither did my son. We got an email in January saying that IF we paid the tax on it now(meaning then in January) we'd get our bike faster. We're homeless we didn't have the money then and we still haven't received an email to pick up our bikes BUT we keep getting emails to sell the Free bike!
