  1. Gr8 movie, rated A-, everything was all holding together as a story, EXCEPT the ending. What happened to Kirk unit ? He always gets the woman. They should have had the hazy screen effect.

    SPOILER

So, i wasn't sure, did Chewy kill Kirkunit ? And why the odd grin on Kirkunit's face inside the suit ? And why did he stupidly stood at the edge after nearly slipping and falling over the first time like an idiot, like he wanted to die ??? Did i miss something ? Did Kirkunit really leave without thanking Margot ? That didn't add up. That would indicate that Chewy let go of the rope and let him die. I mean, that's the only logical conclusion. He wouldn't have left without saying gbye. So Chewy is lying to Margot and now she's stuck with a 2 time killer. Tho, to b honest, the boy, i wouldn't call that killing him, rather not saving him. Either way, it would still mean Chewy is a killer. Poor Margot, such a nice sweet girl. Xit, Chewy was an idiot turning down the offer by Margot. Never trust a jealous person. Jealousy is the root of all evil.

The irony of this movie is, the believers of Jesus both end up getting the xit end of life. Margot, the sweetest girl u could probably run into, ends up getting stuck with double murderer, who killed her bro and her lover. I'm thinkin, Satan is the one in charge here lookin out for Chewy.

Another part of the story that really is not believeable, but didn't kill the movie, was that they would risk breathing in all that dangerous radioactive mist air working on the water wheel. That would get into your lungs risking all 3 of their lives, there is no way that would have happened. Better option would b to simply drive into town and look for Home Depot, Lowes, or Ace Hardware or similar and find another generator, gotta b one somewhere, if not, an abandoned home that has a generator. They can get free gas now with manual pump. Also they could even go and find battery systems and solar panels in the hardware stores. And how long would that water wheel last with water constantly falling on it, probably 2 yrs maybe 3 at best.

  2. I don't accept that message. These post-apocalyptic things always try to say that after, life would be cheap. No, the less there is, the more precious what remains. I think that would be evident to those who saw so much lost. Even the turkey. Why shoot that? That may be the last turkey in the world. 2 or 3 meals, and it is gone forever.
The all men are potential murderers message says nothing about the nature of man; it tells us instead about the nature of the author.

  3. Sometimes the universe bring someone into our life for a moment, to get something done, give a message and move on.

The juxtaposition of a believer and a non believer had to take place in the end…that’s the only way the wheel will turn.

“FAITH AND ENGINEERING MAKES THE WHEEL TURN FOR POWER TO EXIST “

  4. As soon as he made that comment about them having babies when they were debating on tearing down the church, that was it for me… gross. I was already getting annoyed that they were playing up some kind of romance with his old ass and that young woman who seemed even younger than she was… gross. Effin hate Hollyweird.

  5. Youll NEVER see a movie like this with a white man and a black woman.
No offense to the actors- they're fine. but the in-your-face racism/interracial sexuality these movie industries force you to gag down has just become too much

  6. Great movie… Im still not sure if Caleb left or he was killed.. I mean he possibly already killed her brother…I guess im just being analytical… the last woman on earth….you still leaving?

  7. Explain It to Her Chiwetel…God Starts from Within Not in a Building. If She Has to Tear Down a Building to Save Her Own Life…That's BASIC COMMON SENSE Self Preservation.

  8. Kalib was prababily fell down and John could've saved him bot decided the 2nd time not to.

If he wemt away, he would have told her.

The only thing thay this movie reveals is that America is still prejudice againt Blacks.

If he wasn't Black also, scientist would help her survive bètter.

Even in 2026, America still sees color.
