  1. Please consider the biggest source of stress in your life. I was sick everyday and going to doctors to treat my ibs with no results. After broking up with my boyfriend, the next day was like an instant reset for my body. I am not sick everyday anymore. Please don’t take this lightly. Start thinking if there is something really toxic in your life or at work that might make you sick and change it.

  2. Here in India many psychiatrists are treating IBS and people are literally recovering from this illness. You can check “IBS k end” channel but the guy speaks in hindi. He was suffering from ibs c type amd he is doing good now. Many of his followers suffering through this illlness are recovering, i had read so many positive comments

  3. Muje problem thi colits ki IBS Kafi time tak Maine allopathy or hemopathy neuropathy sab try kiya bad Magar kuch bhi Aaram nhi mila bad main lifestyle change kiya diet change ki or sahi herbs dawa li sab Thik ho gaya allhumdulliah text kr lo jise help chahye

  4. I’m at a lose at this point. I’ve been dealing with this for almost 4-5 years now. My diet is good, I practically don’t eat junk food , sugary food or even foods with high fat. I’ve even cut out dairy. Literally anything can cause IBS for me. I take pre and probiotics daily. I have so much anxiety when I’m out driving by myself let alone when I want to go out somewhere with my wife and kids. It’s so depressing. I’ve even had a colonoscopy and tests ran on stool samples which couldn’t explain anything. I don’t know what to do

  5. “IBS Was My Wake-Up Call”

When I was 18, I developed IBS. At first, it felt like a curse—years of stress, pain, and confusion. Doctors told me I’d need pills for life, but deep down I knew something wasn’t right.

For a long time, I ignored the signals. I drank, ate junk, and wasted my days binge-watching TV. But my body kept speaking louder, until I finally understood: this wasn’t punishment, it was a warning.

So I changed. I cut out junk food, gluten, sugar, low-quality dairy. I reduced stress. I went back to simple, natural living. And the “lifelong condition” doctors promised me? Gone. I’ve been symptom-free for over 10 years—no pills, no restrictions, just a healthier, more conscious life.

Looking back, I realize IBS was never my enemy. It was my teacher, my lifesaver. It forced me to wake up and stop wasting my life.

👉 Sometimes the pain you fear the most is actually the gift that saves you. Listen to your body—it’s wiser than you think.

    Thanks doctor berg:)

  6. Guy is completely wrong. I spent the first 20 years of my life with an iron gut. I’d have to have eaten cups of oil and milk to feel even a little bad. That was normal now I can’t even eat rice without feeling constipated and like I’m gonna shit my pants at the same time.

  7. Andalanni meelone dhagunnayi, avi sandhadi chesthu nanne ra rammannayi, bhithara choopulu maneyyi, methhani Cheyyi andhiyyi, padha padha adhigo sudha ,priya sudha, priya sudha,Jayasudha……..❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

  8. Equating IBS to an upset stomach that "we all get from time to time" is grossly insulting to those who suffer from it. This displays an arrogance and ignorance regrettable in someone who calls himself a doctor.

  9. You can’t cure it because you don’t have the brains and wisdom and faith!

Many have cured IBS from fasting and getting rid of certain foods that destroy the gut line

  10. Gasto docs always tell people “u don’t need a gallbladder”, but they never tell u of the horrible effects of not having one! Always seek alternative or just have the stones removed. NEVER get it removed unless it’s life or death! I have no social life or never go out to amusements parks after having mine removed 15yrs ago. I know hell has a special place for those Gasto docs who always choose to take out gallbladders for an insurance payday!

  11. I have bloating problem from 6 years, my stomach feels full 24/7 not able to eat food properly, i am eating forcefully to fill my stomach, i eat clean food from 6 years also thinking positive itself but this problem is not going, i am not living my actual life but i really want my life back i pray God every day to give me one chance to give my old stomach i always keep mind positive still no changes, i feel like i am fighter, only who suffers from this only understand and no doctors will understand they just make money thats all, i pray who all suffer from this heal one day, pray for me too ..

  12. So many people can pick up. Degree and become a doctor. That does not mean you are any good T it of guid people with ethics and integrity. You doctor are a great example of a person who has a degree and zero integrity. I hope you realize your are forever stuck working for a check like most and nothing special about you.

  13. NEEM consume neem, I had symptoms of IBS that lasted over a month, the only thing I could eat without flare up or pain was rice, just white rice & yoghurt.. Started taking neem and in two days saw improvement.
Bloating, gas & cramps all are down.. Def recommened, go for it.
