Different speakers tend to replace the P with B and then different words may sound the same (pay-bay, pee-bee).
Others may pronounce P instead of B (especially at the end of words).

i recommend people to start paying attention to native speakers pronouncing words with these letters and see if they can notice anything, because here is the thing if you can't notice anything it is what it is, don't stress it .
