K-Style never stopped advancing. In 2011, top players began late dashing, but even with the 2013 official shutdown, the tech just kept coming.
In this video, I cover all the advanced/expert/pro level techniques in GunZ: The Duel that are used in every top level game.
This is intended for intermediate players that are comfortable with all normal Kstyle moves. It will likely take you between 200 and 1,000 hours to learn all of this, so don’t get discouraged.
I put a lot of work into this video, but it’s really complicated, so if there are any corrections, they will go in this description or in a comment.

Lets be honest: most of these movements come out in the heat of the moment! 😅
Seems like a very realistic shooter, the movement seems uncanny to a normal gun fight.
For anyone struggling with shimmer shot like me, I had to first practice shoot –> reload –> sword. It has to be done as fast as possible.
I'm using mouse wheel up for reload and mouse wheel down for sword although I'm sure there are many other ways to do it, that is just how I found I can get it out the fastest.
Once you have that down you just start your dash and immediately perform the reload shot, finishing your dash as soon as your sword comes out. This is definitely tricky stuff, I'm going to be spending months in training lobbies 😅

This game is awsome! I've played it a couple years was teenage. Now I feel that I have to master a new way to play a twenty year old game. AMAZING! Thank you for this tips – I gonna master it again.
during the early k-style everything was passed through word of mouth and we had our little mentoring sessions lol. quite a lot of people had a flawed understanding of the inputs because it would be one guy learning and one guy teaching how he thinks it was done
I play Tekken 8, and i guarantee you that the movement on keyboard feels really good like doing a wavu wavu. it's like a doing a symphony with rhythmic piano. but thanks to that i have now carpal tunnel.

Holy shit i forgot this game existed. would have preferred that as this game was trash. nothing but hackers, and you're doing a tech demo for legit players that will still lose to them.
I love this game had to learn this the hard way. Who remember going into town and learning how to dbf and tbf. But yeah that yoyo and blink steps were key to d style.

I was 11 when this and NFSMW was released and when my internet wasnt working I just played the other one, I'm now 31 and still remember the muscle memory its crazy 😂
Great video and great tutorial, I love deep-diving into GunZ movement! Some of the terminology seems to have changed a bit since I learned it but I guess that stuff does not really matter as long as the terms aren't being mixed up.
It made me want to hop on and lab some stuff out!
Great game and guide. But where they botched this remastered server, I feel like the juice just aint worth the squeeze. Rather hurt my hands blasting the wife to completion than owning a br sprayer with 999 ping. And private servers are just 8 guys like you destroying me for 50 hours a day lol
