His ballroom is his hiding place for Fort Knox gold. Underneathe will be Trump's living space when he refuses to leave office at the end of his term. No, we don't want him to finish any of it. We want him gone from the White House!
He plans to empty Fort Knox for his projects. He will use catering trucks to smuggle it out to line his swimming pool at the Florida Orange House.

This seems like a coverup for a safe room and bunker (under the ballroom), to prepare for the public response when they institute martial law. Like all of his private sector projects in the past, over budget, delayed, possibly not paying the contractors, generally a massive grift and he pockets the majority of the proceeds
