I rarely like remakes, but this movie deserves an updated version.
Similar story and actors to Vapor Man
why do the dubbers always sound like Peter Lorre?
Creature similar to: The Blob! Did, ' Rocky and Bullwinkle ' , evolve somehow from this movie?😮

Thanks for the upload!
Back in the day I learned to speak Japanese by repeatedly watching this movie!
An excellent use of slime effects.
"Couldn't it be called… H-Man?" and then next day it's in the headline of the newspaper. That's clout. He made an instant meme. He should be so chuffed that it caught on.
Saw this in a theater when I was 12. Genuinely creepy. They handed out souvenir "H-Men." Sponges in human form. When placed in water they swelled up. Wish I still had mine.
Japan The Globe?😁
Loooooooove the nightclub music!
The Japanese actors sounded so fluent in English, and their lip movements looked perfectly natural, but the movie must have been dubbed, I think.
01:13:00 This dubbed version has her saying, "Help me! Somebody help me! Please!" But in the original Japanese version, she is repeatedly calling out "Sensei!"—referring to Dr. Masada, whom she deeply respects and adores.
This line really conveys her love and trust for Dr. Masada, so I wish they had translated the original Japanese nuance more accurately here.
I truly love this movie.
“ The H-Man” (1958) is my favorite Japanese sci-fiction movie in The Big Show as TV movie in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania when I still was at WPSD(Western Pennsylvanian School for the Deaf) in my old school days as I saw it before the dinner time started as I remembered it so well. In middle of the movie, “ The H-Man”, the nuclear scientist did the frog experiments on trail being tested to be proven in the proof of true evidence to find out about why the people disappeared without traces inside Tokyo mysteriously. Finally the experiment turned in explanation to be the “ H- Man” monster — blobs turned to the glowing green ghost like radioactive men as known as H- Men.
Good film
Very nice
😊❤
Props to the effects techs.
Can't believe that I've seen this before 👀 what is going on?
