This build features a construction safety lights for trucks installation on a 2019 Ford F-350 with a Knapheide walk-in body in the back.
From the front of this truck, you can see the Auto Flasher module flashing all 5 cab clearance lights together on a rapid pace flash pattern. There are also 4 of our Razor LEDs in the grille. You can see that we’ve set these construction safety lights for trucks on an alternating pattern that changes speed from slower to faster and alternates between amber and white. The Razors in the front of the truck are set to a different pattern from the rest of the lights. The remaining construction safety lights on this truck are set to a double flash alternating side by side pattern.
In the badges, we’ve added our Thin-X LED. Our amber-white Thin-X LIN construction safety lights for trucks are also used along both sides of the walk-in body, in the front of the body and in the rear. There are 14 total Thin-X LIN Series LEDs used throughout this build. We’ve also activated the amber flashers within the Knapheide taillights as a part of this install.
All of the construction safety lights for trucks are activated by two auxiliary switches in the cab. One switch activates the warning mode and the other controls the flood mode. When the flood mode is turned on, it activates 18 floodlights around this truck, providing a great amount of white work light.
