2027 BMW R 1300 GS AURUM EDITION JUST GOT GOLD! Only 100 Made — But Why NOW?
BMW has just unveiled something seriously exclusive for the Dutch market: the BMW R 1300 GS Aurum Edition and R 1300 GS Adventure Aurum Edition.
Limited to just 100 units of each model, these special-edition GS motorcycles combine deep black styling with striking gold-finished details, exclusive Alcantara seat treatment, gold accents and an individually numbered gold-plated aluminum plate.
But here’s the interesting part: underneath the exclusive styling, the Aurum Edition keeps the same 1,300cc boxer engine producing 145 hp and 149 Nm of torque, along with the ASA automatic transmission and Option 719 components.
So why pay €34,950 for the R 1300 GS Aurum Edition or €36,950 for the Adventure version?
With the entire 200-unit production run currently reserved for Dutch customers, the bigger question is whether BMW is simply creating scarcity — or preparing something bigger for the future of the R 1300 GS family.
