  1. What is your purpose? What are your monthly, quarterly, annual goals? Do you review them daily and set up daily tasks that address those goals? You don’t need motivation to keep a clean home. If a clean home is your preference, then you keep with tasks daily to keep it that way. If you wait for motivation or feelings, then you are doomed. That isn’t how successful adulting works. If you want friends, get out there and meet people with shared interests. If you want a girlfriend, then get out there and meet ladies with shared interests and hobbies. There are hundreds of men and women in Japan, who say they are alone. Surely, you can bump into some with a bit of effort. Go to a meetup in your area. If there isn’t one, then start one yourself. Success doesn’t come looking for you. You have to go and seize it! There will be failures along the way, but it’s all part of the learning curve. You can decide to exist or live, it’s up to you. And these decisions aren’t based upon motivation or feelings.

  2. Hello brother, I'm from India. You are trying to cook healthy but have you ever thought that you are boiling a chicken inside a polythene pack is making is highly toxic. Whatever those polythene grade mentioned on it, but have you seen any proof whether boiling those plastic is not releasing any harmful chemical! Never do that man.

  3. I genuinely wish you all the best. Think of this as a fresh start and an opportunity for something even better to come your way. aaaand please, don’t be too hard on yourself! you’re doing better than you think. I truly believe that time has a way of putting things into perspective, and that eventually, you’ll find your way to a place where you feel comfortable, happy, and completely at peace 🤍

  4. Hi Rein, I randomly stumbled on your video, I'm 28, no job no spouse yet I'm learning to take it easy on myself, enjoy every phases of my life and to express gratitude on the littlest thing.
The tough phases shall pass too, cheering for you 💪
I'm glad I found your channel

  5. A lack of worries isn't a worry. You simply lived in such a system, such a culture, that now it's difficult for you without that corporate leash. In my country, entrepreneurs want the same thing as in your country: employees practically live at work, and then cry that children aren't born, etc. And when does the "employee slave" have time for dates, etc.? Fortunately, our culture and traditions combat this system of exploitation, and it's not as bad as it is in your country. I wish you happiness and your path in life, stranger.

  9. I wash my sneakers in my washing machine with some old towels and some Oxiclean. If they're more dirty and stained I soak them in the sink with Oxiclean overnight before putting them in the washing machine. They usually come out very clean. I then air dry them for a day.

  10. Good morning, brother. I'm proud of your determination. I think learning English will open up new and better job opportunities for you. You also have cooking skills, and I believe you could work in the culinary field, where you're skilled, in important companies and hotels. Plus, you have a great appearanc What you studied at university will benefit you. You can also start a second job to save money. Good luck, my brother. Greetings from Algeria.e.

  11. Well, there are options here-think creatively….yes, you can go about daily chores and health maintenance activities but how about thinking outside the box? Surely there are “volunteer “organizations in your country where your time and energy could be put to good use, alternatively, there are international opportunities as well.Look at international organizations in the non-profit sector((Doctors without Borders,Peace Corps, Educational Organizations ,etc.).You need to identify what your skills are and what you are interested in (or alternatively, what you might be interested in-some organizations train the skill) and go for it! It might take you out of the country for a while, but think about the experience of perhaps living in another culture helping people, not to mention the diverse people you might meet! The complexion of your life might radically change! You are still young,in good health and in reality have it ALL ahead of you.Take a chance,do some research and go for it.The sky’s the limit….all the best!🇺🇸🕊️

  12. Todos nós temos esses momentos de angústia e solidão mas tudo passa. Põe os pensanentos pra cima e segue em frente com sabedoria e inteligência que você consegue vencer os obstáculos que surgirem. Um abraço Rein😊

  13. Rein, I’m 46 from Ontario Canada. I stumbled across you vlogs a little while ago. Your videos are so calming. I’m also in a very similar spot (except for the age). Lost my job, sleep too much, have a hard time getting motivated, messy apartment and feelings of sadness. I wish I could enjoy my time off but I just can’t seem to. You’re not alone in your feelings. Good luck on your tour guide idea! I think it’s a fabulous one 🙂

  14. Great Vlog! You are not alone with your thinking… but I think you will find what works best. for you soon. You are already on your way!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  15. So excited for your new adventures and these lifestyle videos….you are talented and deserve to showcase these skills, your personality, and your beautiful country 🇯🇵

  16. Hola Rein❤ Soy de España.Me gusta mucho tu canal. No sufras. Disfruta de la vida que eres aún muy joven❤

  17. This is my first time seeing your channel. I just wanted to say you are really doing well with your English lessons. Keep up the good work. Also remember living and/or working in a clean space declutters the mind making it easier to come to solution and final decision on matters.

  18. Hello Rein I'm California is Monday 7Am the time difference is Japan form California is about couple up .. am just watching your uploading knew video now I do enjoy them .. an it nice to them as as well stay cool

  19. Take the time to adjust to your new life and don't be so hard on your self. You're doing great. Whising you all the best in finding your new lifestyle.
    😘❣️

  20. It's wonderful that you take care of your body, and especially your home, because cleanliness reduces anxiety. The psychological makeup of Asia, shaped by its history and wars, often leads to a life of rules that are much heavier than they actually are. So, my friend, please translate all of our messages so that the psychological burden is sometimes lighter. I've read many of them, and we all wish you luck, strength, and words that will strengthen your mind and heart. And remember, most importantly, you are not alone, because everyone who writes to you does so because you exist for us. I'm sending you a huge hug from the other side of the world called Chile.😊

  21. Hi Rein I am living in Europe and trying to learn Japanese with marugoto study book once a week😅, I lived in Japan for a year in my younger years…would you be interested in on line language exange, you help with Japanese and I help with English…?

  22. I had my own business for 20+ years and I loved it. But there is a downside to it – if you don't work, you don't get paid and in the beginning, it can be slow. It takes time to build a reputation etc. But, you could always make more videos as your business grows. I'm sure you can do it, just be aware that it's hardest at the start.
