My vitamin d3 and D2 is 16.55ng/ml and I don't have any of these symtoms?
Just got my Vitamin D results back. 12, instead of around 60. Which explains why I was suffering from almost all the ailments you mentioned. Now on a heavy daily dose of Vit D supplements until my levels are nearer normal. Thanks for taking the time to make the video.
Edit, liked and subbed, of course. 😉
People are stupid and won't listen. 9 out of 10 people's eyes glaze over when you tell them.
We lived outdoors for a million of years. Take us indoors for two hundred years and surprisingly it has a bad result
😎🥩🥚🥓Thank you Dr Berry!
Thank you !❤
Thank you.
High blood pressure, and Hashimoto. My Dr. Gave me a pill (vitD) : one every month/3 months. Recomended to be exposed to sunlight. Better mood, but my finger nesls are a disaster yet. Thank you Dr. And all the ladies here.
I remember being able to get a home vitamin d test kit for just a couple dollars, you would the the medical people would insure they are easy to get and affordable but that's not the case
I am watching from INDIA 🇮🇷. DIABETIC 61 yrs old with type 2
♥️🪔
My vitamin d is 11 and I don't have any of those symptoms 🤷🏼♀️. I've started going for a walk everyday for like an hour to get some sun and taking a supplement also just recently
Head sweat😅
If your muscles ache, that likely is inflammation. Vitamin D3 is good for that!
Planet Ayurveda Vitamin D3 Capsules support calcium metabolism naturally.
Oh wow, I stepped a curb and broke an ankle. This was almost 15 years ago. It wasn't until the last 4 years my vit d has been checked. The nurse practitioner tested my vit d because I requested it. I can't get the correct dosage. It fluctuates.
My Vitamin D is currently at a 8.6. It explains the tiredness, brain fog, and bone pain. I cannot wait to start my 50000 iu tomorrow!!
2026 🎉
I had my annual bloodwork and learned I’m vitamin D deficient. I thought I might be anemic or needed an increase in my thyroid medicine due to slow wound healing and memory problems. Nope! All other results were normal.
Loved and helped
I heard the optimums number for Vitamin D is 80. My last number was 31 and know it’s got to be less now because I have the aches and major brain 🧠 fog and it not my thyroid as I just had my numbers checked for my endocrinologist.
Vit D should be over 40
What do I do if Im a redhead and I just don’t absorb vitamin d any way to absorb better?
If vitamin D3 s low we feel unreal plz shre me?🙏
I go outside, eat pork and eat eggs, my wounds heal fast but I recently got diagnosed with severe vitamin D Deficiency. Erm.. why?
It;s nice to have a REAL DOCTOR being honest and telling the truth and ACTUALLY HELPING PEOPLE…
I did not hear you mention that the vitamin D should be a vitamin D3 with K…. I have always been told it must be accompanied with the K vitamin…
I take k2/D3 and walk daily for 2 hours for exercise and sun. Hope that is okay.
Had low vitamin d for years. Doctors never told me and never prescribed anything.
I was so bad this past few years that I wasn't suicidal but kept saying to my family when my time comes to die I am ready because I can't make it another 20 years feeling like this. Irritable, body aching bad all the time, never get enough sleep, seriously depressed, low energy. I've taken more sick days this past year over sinus colds than I have in the years past. My mom got the winter blues real bad this year and her doctor mentioned about supplementing and so she got me on it too. I've taken multivitamins and things over the years but nothing has improved my life as much as D3. I'm taking it forever because I never want to feel that way ever again. I'm so much happier and friendlier now it is like night and day difference. Can't recommend taking D3 enough. Miracle vitamin.
The muscle aches you mentioned is definitely ME. So painful and I had no idea why. Will start getting more sun and take a good D3 supplement right away. Thanks Dr. Berry.
I use it to sleep
What about taking cod, liver oil every day?
I take 10,000 daily
I don't get any of these symptoms, I do however get muscle twitching all over my body, almost like my skin is crawling.
I once heard that animals also need vitamin D and especially cats and dogs and the only way for them to get vitamin D is to sunbathe and when they groom themselves by licking their fur coat they are licking up vitamin D that is only stored in their fur cells and most indoor pets visit veterinary clinics more often by illness not getting enough sun
My dad’s side all have vitamin D resistance.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤,Ty
To get your max Vitamin D from sunshine, get out between 10am-3pm, expose as much skin to sun as possible. 15mins to 30mins should be enough sun exposure. Weaker UV rating, more sun you need. You should be lightly pink at most when finished. Increasing sun exposure over those times won’t increase your Vitamin D, as your skin has a maximum amount it can release each day.
Thank you so much Doctor ❤
I can't get behind taking supplements.i don't trust the mass manufacturing of these supplements if they can make a buck using fillers they will.
All I know is when I take 4000 units of vitamin D before bed I wake up feeling refreshed for the first time in my life over and over every time I take it and I’ve only started for about a week and a half
I was taking 13000 iu d3 daily for over a year. No cold or flu in 1 yr 2 months and 3 days. Got a cold and started clock over again. Blood level had gone up to 101.4 so d3 dosage went down to 9000 iu daily. Will retest in 3 months. Doc was not happy at all. He told me to get off the d3. I didn’t. 100 is recommended upper limit. Read where toxicity level is about 150 ug / I think that’s right – in blood. So 100 is just based on not getting close to toxic level.
My question is what is good d3 dose for kids 8-16 yrs old and subsequent blood level? My grand kids could prob use extra d3.
Great video
Please share what the proper dose for kids should be?
So it's about vitamin D, that's why my girl keeps asking me for the D, and if I don't give it to her, she says she's going out to get some good D. I guess she goes out to sunbath more often. But when she comes back she is tired, muscle aching and her mood swings. Guess she is still in need of more vitamin…
I just had a hip surgery. Is it OK to stick to my carnivore diet right away after surgery. They’re telling me that I need to eat fruits and vegetables and things of that nature so that I can have a bowel movement within the three days. I am open to hearing any advice. I would like to be able to stick with my carnivore.
