Several people didn't want to testify because they know some involved parties are still alive and have reach. They didn't try to solve the murder, LAPD wouldn't work with Las Vegas Police Dept. So many lies and coverups. Reggie on the stand lying and perjuring himself. He was part of the murder and coverup and also allegedly had 2 of Tupac security killed including Frank Alexander, Gaines who deaths were bazaar as well as others and Orlando Anderson, research Orlando Andersons death, he was shot at a gas station and ran into an alley, Reggie was one of the first officers on the scene. They were trying to cleam up loose ends. Alot of the muders were connected. As a person that has followed and read just about every article and listened to Tupac's mom and Mrs. Vilotta Biggies mom. and who has seen all of the documentaries and Movies including " City of Lies" for decades. Suge Reggie and Diddy remaining survivors knows who shot Tupac. Suge and Diddy appeared to be enemies, however ' The enemy of my enemy is my friend " A true statement. Suge, Diddy, Reggie Wright, Lapd cover up the shooting. Security was told by Reggie to leave thier weapons? Why? If you believe Keefe D and that Diddy paid Zipp a million for the hit, but Zipp only gave them $500 thousand, then Diddy should also be charged as well. Alot of known Corruption was going on with LAPD and Reggie Wright Sr. mostly Jr. Keffee is definitely guilty of being there, he may be the only one alive from the car, however Diddy, Reggie Wright Jr. amd Suge, should be charged as well. No evidence on Keffie D other then snitching on himself for greed. So, he's quilty and where he should be, however several people had to be Sepeaoned to testify, because they didn't want to speak at trial, because they know that the people involved other then Keefe is still alive. Suge and Diddy in prison, but still have reach and power. You can just convict Keefe D on his words, if you believe them, as the Judge said in jury instructions, then you must go after them all. Not, just Keefe the loud mouth and scapegoat. Not to mention Tupac was leaving Death Row and both Suge and Diddy had insurance policies on Tupac and Biggie under the record labels. Even if Keffe was found "Not Guilty" and that he was lying about his involvement of the shooting, that would have Voided his 2008 Proffer Agreement (Queen for a Day) and that would have turned back into a Federal Case and he would still have gone to prison.
