Toronto police say one suspect is in custody after an officer was shot while investigating an e-bike theft in Toronto’s downtown core. Police say a second suspect is still outstanding. Data center should be built 15 floors below ground where previously forest fire happen in last 3 up to 5 yrs ago. IF this land is own by indigenous tribes, the data center owner should negagiotate with them for 20 to 50 yrs lease and profit sharing start 10 yrs after operation starts. The 13th floor to ground level should be filled with nearby cities wastes, tunnel should be built to collect methane gas to use for electricity or cooling the data warehouse and excessive heat be funnel to highways to warm the road to prevent ice on asphalt like how EU does it. The data warehouse should built their own connection to our windmills that are pretty much idling since we bought them from Samsung and this will reduce our excess generation that we need to sell to USA and hopefully then we don't need to use our taxes to pay Samsung and then get rebate which is ridiculous! Have all finances publish clearly so no bribery or funny accounting like how the windmill from Samsung is done!
