Samsung galaxy flip 5 camera is good, no doubt. The biggest issue is with it's fold. The screen will get damaged even if you try to be cautious and the service center will always claim that it's the customers fault and the customer might have dropped the phone. I purchased my Samsung galaxy flip 5 in Feb 24. Within 7 months, its screen fold rubber bidding came out even if my phone usage is quite moderate. Because of this some dust particles entered the hinge part and the screen started cracking. Samsung service center charges me Rs 27500/- claiming physical damaged. After replacing the screen, I purchased a rugged cover for the phone. And then screen started getting white line in center and then half of the screen went white followed by complete failure of screen within few months. Again the service center claimed it to be physical damage. and the phone will overheat in no time causing shutting down apps if you are using other app during video call. During charging, it heats up like I am holding a hot plate. On top of that, resell value of the phone is so low, I would get 15100/- for the phone after getting the screen replaced of 27500/- 😭. Now the Samsung galaxy flip 5 is kept in my drawer and I had to revert back to iPhone. Very good experience of flexing the phone in front of others and also had the worst experience of using it😢. And if you are clumsy, then God save you 😂
