Yeah, sure would be noce if people would let you move over! But hey, it’s South Florida. Putting on your blinker down her means the other guy speeds up to close the gap you’re trying to move over in to. South Florida, land of offensive, driving and self-centered, aggressive driving behavior.
Blaming the guy who clearly pulled into the shoulder that couldn't continue driving due to his tire being flat or whatever is very insensitive & ignorant. I've seen many careless & impatient people drive into the shoulder instead of actual lanes, which is why this man died for sure.
