I am kinda in a time loop. Every night, I lay down, and all I want to do is sleep. But then I started reliving every bad mistake, every error, every unkind word I ever said to anybody, over and over in my head. I haven't slept in months. Honestly, I envy Doug.

Some would say Henry is a lazy jerk and a bad boyfriend because he never tried to make it work with his girlfriend given all the loops.
I'd say he accepted that she was gonna leave him long before this, and so given a time loop situation, he focused on the one who truly mattered, Doug.
For Henry to be free of the timeloop, he has to protect doug successfully from all the dangers. Ultimately ending with a self sacrifice.
Literally just saw this skit done at camp last week! Funny thing, the people at camp actually look like these actors!! So fun to see Studio C doing it.

Time loops just come off as super manipulative to everyone outside of them.
I remember a short film where a guy confides in his friend that he’s been using the loop to try and win over his crush be going through every possible conversation and learning as much as possible. If it doesn’t work, he just loops. She asks him how many times he’s done it and when she converts loops/days, realizes he’s been in the loop for literal years and that it’s beyond creepy.
That the universe doesn’t get to move on, with no one allowed to say no to him or he’ll just loop till he gets what he wants. He tried to justify it saying everyone’s still making their own choices he’s just finding a specific set of choices, she countered it’s a terrible argument since he’s invalidating and undoing everyone else’s choice if they don’t line up with what he wants. He got so frustrated and angry at not having an answer that he looped and it starts with him talking to his friend again, thinking he can win an ethical debate when every time he just proves her right

35 sec in, the guy just paid a bunch of actors into fooling here into thinking he is stuck in a time loop just to not break up. Twist he is the one stuck in a time loop, 2nd twist she is the one such in the time loop and already knows he was going to do this, extra twist she has been in it more times, feminist twist its to show how the partracy is keep women in there place by being forced to go through life not being the main character in Groundhog day. 3 years from now there will be a Netflix adaptation and without a fail it has somehow made it dumber, un-funny, more gay and about racism.
