To begin with, it was all very similar to what happened on that June 2011 episode of Raw where CM Punk delivered his famous Pipebomb. John Cena and R-Truth were facing off in the main event of Monday Night Raw that time, and this time on SmackDown. CM Punk interfered, and in 2011 he managed to put John Cena through a table, while in 2025 John Cena put CM Punk through a table. This so-called Pipebomb by John Cena was a very copy of CM Punk's Pipebomb. Almost a cop. Triple H wanted to book something that his father-in-law had booked well back in the day. A promo that perhaps wasn't bad, but it did feel forced.
