How to Self Release Your Neck in Seconds #Shorts

Dr. Rowe shows an upper trapezius stretch that may quickly release tightness and stiffness in the neck.

Also, this exercise provides a deep neck stretch that may end in a satisfying self pop, crack, or release. No equipment is needed, and this can be done at home or work.

  1. I’ve been suffering for weeks, I’ve been to the chiropractor a few times and had multiple massages. I ran across this video..…2 stretches and 3 unforced pops later, I feel amazing! I can turn my head to the right again, my dizziness went away and my ear quit hurting. Thank you!!!

  2. Recommend adding rotation to this stretch as well since the upper trap is a cervical rotator as well and to take some pressure off from stretch the brachial plexus with just side bending
