Loved the eerie atmosphere in "Can't Sleep", it's got a familiar vibe to Italian horror master, Mario Bava's, works. The use of shadows and lighting reminded me of his 1960 film "Black Sunday". I also noticed the influence of German Expressionism in the film's decor and set design, which is fitting for a short horror film. The slow build-up to the climax was effective in creating tension, and the ending was quite unsettling. It's a great example of how to craft a brief, yet impactful horror experience. I'd love to see more experimental works like this from ACMofficial in the future.
