Hope the NFL remembers that a ball touching the ground is considered a complete catch when the Eagles or another team challenges it. If they called it a completed catch for Washington, they should already know the amount of other players who are going to do the same thing. What was once called incomplete is now complete. The NFL is constantly changing the rules
