Easy Way to Decompress Your Back #Shorts

Dr. Rowe shows an easy way to decompress your back at home.

This exercise will focus on a pulling motion in the back, known as traction, to help relieve pressure off spinal joints quickly. It’s especially good for bulging discs causing lower back pain and sciatica.

It requires no special equipment and may give relief within seconds.

  1. following 2 major disc replacement and fusion operations nearly 20 years ago … Very successful at the time and long time since… I now most often find hanging myself (arms ( ; ) from our stair rails or any suitable rail very helpful also whilst doing this I stretch my leg/s back and twisting my heel outwards ( good 4 me anyways ) Also I find best anti imflammatory to be nettle extract or tea!
    Oh and an infrared therapy lamp is essential.. ( ;

  2. At the very core of unbelief in the God of the Bible is human pride. We think we know better and that we must be able to comprehend and control but thank GOD He loves us so much He allows us to think whatever we want yet gives us the way to Him. Only belief in Jesus Christ and His death on the cross saves us and because of His resurrection we are reconciled. There’s more but how blessed we are to know Jesus! 🙌

  3. I have a pull-up/ chin up bar in one of my doorways. I do dead hangs, with my tip toes touching the ground (for stabilization), for 60 seconds. Booyah!
