It would be terrible to find kids with broken bones and broken bikes on the streets after midnight. The police are not doing anything. Pretty soon home owners will have to protect their peace and property themselves.

Sad AND pathetic. A few months back at 3pm on a weekday I heard a police siren on Pomerado road in Rancho Penesquitos. I looked out the window to see about 300 E-Motorcycles of various makes all in a pack coming down the road and right in the middle of all of them was a single SDPD SUV with it's lights and sirens going, accomplishing very little. Sad AND pathetic.
You see much less of this crap in poor neighborhoods. I'm guessing because money.
Net guns for the cops and criminal charges for the parents who enable this by buying the e-motorcycles for their little delinquents and then letting them run wild with them.
