That looked like a wildlife camera, which based on that road likely helps track what and how frequent wildlife crossings occur. I deploy numerous cameras for environmental research, and this looks like that very camera and solar panel system I set up.

On the flip side: ONLY 28 bad cops have been caught misusing flock? Surely that number is higher. The real number would frighten too many. 40% of LEOs abuse their spouse. How many have girlfriends? How many have access to flock? Scary numbers.
There is ZERO expectation of privacy IN PUBLIC. That Americans are having trouble with this concept is astounding. Give this up and you give up the 1st Amendment. Tyler couldn't make most of his videos if people had any expectation of privacy in public – neither could everyone else. Want privacy? Create it yourself. Anyone ever think to ask since these cameras are operated by AI that a AI software could be implemented within the system, to manipulate the images and videos to make someone do something they never did.
