Wow Kevin bra that's amazing … for the templates, if you have a signature on your replies, will it duplicate the signature when you use the template ?
I create my templates the old fashioned way but remove the signature and spacing to accommodate the signature
My best one is using add-ins to fill missing capabilities. For example I use Folder Suggest to quickly file emails to the right folder

that's really helpful! i’ve been testing workbeaver, and what’s great is you just describe the task like sorting emails or setting reminders and it handles the rest. no complex setup, just tell it what you want done. worth looking into imo

I have a custom alert for emails from my boss, system plays the RED ALERT sound effect from Star Trek. If I turn off the message delivery options, will that specific notification still work?
@kevinstratvert If I label a gmail message and move it to a folder, how do I receive notification if someone has posted in the thread? They are not showing in my inbox and I am not alerted of a new message thread reply. Can you list the steps or create a video tutorial?

OOPS! Somewhere in this comment thread, I said "click on ctrl and V." That should have been WINDOWS KEY and V, and it will pop up a window over your text that shows all that you've copied, and you can scroll down and paste. Sitting in front of my keyboard, and performing that function jogged the 52 year old memory~
why is it the templates i try to make fail to save saying the message is too large when it not? 🙁
