Here is some more information about Charge Parry! If anything is wrong, I’ll probably update it, but I’ll keep this pinned comment here.
1. Charge Parry is caused by how Roblox handles bodyvelocity. When a new bodyvelocity instance is applied to a character, it can override the other ones already present. Even after that bodyvelocity stops being active, it could still mess with the remaining ones, which is why 2011X’s Charge movement stops working.

2. Charge Parry can also happen with Blaze’s Javelin, Silver’s Suspension, and Springs.

3. Cream, Blaze, and Silver can also trigger Charge Parry on Kolossos’ Charge and Fleetway’s Chaos Dash.

So niw every character has a stun. Yes. Silcer has a stun with all 3 rocks
Is this a great strategy? Maybe, but as Main cream for me, this is bug abuse, but it's still a great idea to escape the charge, but I find it hard to hit the Dash if the exe moves too much or the dash hitbox goes through the exe without any problem.
I was so surprised in 0.1 when some cream pulled this on me in not perfect cause everyone I tried to grab her while she was flying she’d parry me every time
So if it’s a bug, wouldn’t this be bug abusing? That would get you banned
I only knew about Blaze’s Sol Flame doing it, very interesting that Dash can ability cancel under VERY Rare conditions lmao

There is another variant I discovered but it isn't like these, and it relates with Sonic.
Sonic has a little white frame whenever he dropdashes right?
That one frame has some weird interactions with X's charge and if you Dropdash at the exact time you get grabbed(this can actually happen because of the white frame) you will get grabbed but start curling up, and eventually dropdash, getting a free stun
Idk if anyone else discovered this, so it can be considered a niche tech
Also I'm pretty sure it can happen with kolossos charge too, except it actually pushes kolossos back since he has I frames on charge

That reminds me the another charge parry (kolossos) and the fateful drain parry, with dropdash and metal charge (with kolossos I think it's only with metal), try it one day, they can negate damage and/or run away after the ability

silver can also do it with telekinesis, idk if theyve fixed that yet

Yep. I found about this the hard way when a cream did this to me on not perfect. She got away. …..same cream tried on a player playing kolossos….she did not make it past 1 minute
