  1. I live in the Moorestown NJ area, These kids around here have NO REGARDS FOR TRAFFIC, I have seen them weaving in and out of traffic blowing through Stop signs, Hell one was riding a wheelie in traffic turning into the Moorestown Mall, I actually think the Police need to start cracking down on this behavior and the PARENTS need to be HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

  2. I am sorry a lost of a life I am hoping that hits home for parents that have their children riding E-bike to pay attention on the road and not think they are immoral

  3. so as usual kids with no knowledge of the road without test and a driver license just play around like a child would and this is why they keep coming up with new laws on e bike to ruined it for people like myself that knows the rules the laws on road safety

  4. Another day. Another e-bike disaster with a child. Poor UPS driver was just minding his business, trying to do his job. Kid probably came out without looking, not stopping. I see it ALL the time. Prayers to the family.

  5. I just saw 2 young girls yesterday speeding thru my neighborhood going at least 30 mph. No helmets or regard for traffic rules. Adults are no better. When in a car you can’t see these e bikes or scooters until it’s too late. Condolences to the family and sorry for the driver to have to endure this.

  6. I commute everyday on my e-MTB. I wear all the tools and safety gears plus years of experience on pedal bike before going electric. Number one rule, always assume you're invisible to all road users..

  7. Classify those dirt e bikes as motorcycles, off-road use only. Sell only to those over 21 years of age
And for those that insist on riding illegally/recklessly, prosecute as adult

  8. Maybe, if the government spent more time and money educating the public on safe opperation, rather than preying on the ignorance of the masses with fines and fees this wouldn't be an issue… but, for profit policing is sooo damned profitable.

  9. Children riding bicycles colliding with cars have always been a serious issue long before e-bikes. I bet there has been a child death today somewhere in the U.S. involving a non-powered bicycle. It won’t make national headlines because it isn’t a controversial event attracting huge social media views. It’s sad that controversy clouds the central concern for our children’s’ safety on the streets.

  10. You people are horrible lousy humans. First forgetting a kid lost their life. But using it as a platform for something that could have easily just as much been a bicycle or skateboard. It was an accident. Please some of you grow a conscience or crawl back under your rocks.

  11. This is what I have noticed, I see ebikes everyday on the road (the ones with pedals), getting people around that need to go to point A to B. They are ussually wearing a helmet and are doing about 15-20 mph most. Then I seen the kids 13-16 yrs old, on non – pedal moto electric bikes doing 30-45 mph with no helmet, running through lights and stop signs with a person on the back. Dont blame responsible adults who enjoy riding e-bikes for pleasure and excersie – becuase of irrisponsible kids. oh and yes, if you are a parent and buy a Surron for your kid to ride in the street, you should be held accountable.

  12. What insurance company is going to insure an e- bike for a 15-17 year old? If they do, it will be more than a regular car. A teenager who is only wearing a helmet and otherwise unprotected??? Don't think so.

  13. Hmm oh I can see that wut wit those bikes are hard too a stir being part magnetized yeah I that collision seriously a guy could barely steal one by this delivery guy he crashed a lot n couldn't get far. understandable they could be the new tesla
