  1. 1 stick butter, browned (113g)
    3/4 brown sugar (75g)
    3 ripe mashed bananas
    1 large egg
    1 tsp vanilla (5g)
    1 tsp baking soda
    Pinch of salt (1/8 to 1/4 tsp)
    11/2 cup all purpose flour (180g)

  2. Except I wouldn't ruin it with chocolate chips. Crank this up a notch better by making it a Bananas Foster Bread…recipe the same but also add 1tsp rum flavor, roast 3 bananas in the peel at 350°F for 20 minutes. Peel will be dark and oozing liquid. Once cool enough to handle cut open skin and scrape banana out and mix that with your brown butter/sugars …continue with recipe and place in pan and bake.. Top with turbinado sugar. ENJOY!

  3. For all my europeans:

    115 g butter, browned
    * 150 g brown sugar (about ¾ cup packed)
    * 3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 300-350 g peeled)
    * 1 large egg
    * 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
    * 1 tsp baking soda (5 g)
    * ¼ tsp salt (about 1-1.5 g)
    * 190 g plain flour (all-purpose flour)

  4. To elevate this even more, mash the bananas and dark brown sugar together then bake in a 400 degrees f. Oven for about 20 minutes ir until the sugar starts to caramelize, let it cool completely before using
