1 stick butter, browned (113g) 3/4 brown sugar (75g) 3 ripe mashed bananas 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 1 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt (1/8 to 1/4 tsp) 11/2 cup all purpose flour (180g)
Except I wouldn't ruin it with chocolate chips. Crank this up a notch better by making it a Bananas Foster Bread…recipe the same but also add 1tsp rum flavor, roast 3 bananas in the peel at 350°F for 20 minutes. Peel will be dark and oozing liquid. Once cool enough to handle cut open skin and scrape banana out and mix that with your brown butter/sugars …continue with recipe and place in pan and bake.. Top with turbinado sugar. ENJOY!
To elevate this even more, mash the bananas and dark brown sugar together then bake in a 400 degrees f. Oven for about 20 minutes ir until the sugar starts to caramelize, let it cool completely before using
