In order to prevent this ESI deduction my company used to provide us salary just above this 21k limit and asked us to return a sum of money via cash/UPI at the end of each month. 😂😅
ESIC ban sakta hai ki nahi elaj free ho sakta hai ki Nahi paanch hi employee hai company mein
