So if house prices drop significantly a lot of people who purchased in the last 5 years will be upside down in their loans. Just trading one crisis for another.
LOL, what a bunch of lies.
65% said that 100% agree that 99% of the homes are 400% over priced
Can’t replace my 15yr at 2.5%, would be utterly ridiculous
Choosing to rent? Or dont have a choice but to rent?
Good luck with those lifetime HOA fees and property taxes, but, hey, you own it, right?
They are on the sidelines because the inflation/economy put them there, they don’t have the money anybody with children need 4to5 bedrooms and that’s near 500k or more and you better 60k to 100k to get in a new house and then new homes don’t even have all the appliances so be ready for that expense with moving costs count the cost they priced most Americans out of the market I hope they can afford to buy all these homes up otherwise they will be sitting on market for a long time to come ✌️✌️✌️
Not buying until I have 50% to put down or rates come down to 5% or lower. It’s not worth being house poor.
Price and demand. Prices will come down once people stop accepting these high prices
Buyers market with a almost 8% interest rate and 350K starter home price, oh yeah definitely a buyers market 😂 so ridiculous
Here's the thing, sellers are lowering "asking" prices, I see that. Not many are accepting list price offers. I'm hearing from buyers I know that sellers are still holding out for what recent market prices have been. The lowered price is a bait to get more offers. Your put an offer in at asking, expect to be ignored. Orange County, CA
Fox Business is literally soooo out of touch with the "normal american." Every sentence seems like a smug laugh in our face, it's crazy. They think they are the only ones who can interpret numbers, as they lie with their "optimism."
I don’t know any Gen Zers that can afford a house barely rent every month.
Its a fools market.
Don’t buy Gen Z, don’t catch that falling knife. Prices need to come down to average 150-200k for the moldy cardboard boxes that comes with eternal taxes , Hoa and insurance
Covid 500k before 3% but after covid prices went to 900k lol drop 20-30% with 7%😂 let the houses sit stop lieing
Gen z has it right but Boomers think were stupid. buy a home live an american dream! its not the 50's anymore. I had a condo pre covid and made a profit selling it. not much but i woudn't put it back into a home now with these prices. Much better off renting and building a index fund over the next 4 or 5 years
The 50 year loan actually wasn't a bad idea if a person would be willing to pay down their mortgage faster. Do I want bills for 50 years? Absolutely not, but the monthly payment would be much lower allowing more people to purchase and as they grow older and make more money they could pay down the principle and own the home.
I remember when Miss Harris was proposing a housing credit to help out the young folks but they voted for a silmy and sickly looking old man Bwahahahhahaha! GenZ, have no jiobs, no food, can't leave home, no house, can't do crap but watch the old man get into a war he can't get out, high fuel prices, increased national debt, everything crap. Ohh yeah, men in women sports, the bible and the sky wizard and Israel was WAAAY more important!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Amazing opportunity to foreclose or go bankrupt in the future, GREAT!! 🙄
Dont dont dont buy… dont be that idiot please not a good time
God the fact that we are in Iran instead of fixing this BOOMERs love it makes me hate them
50 year mortgage please!!! 😅
Lol ok
Home prices are not going down back to pre-COVID or mid 2010s levels, sorry.. unless a housing crash happens, prices are not going down. It’s something we have to get used to
It’s an amazing opportunity! Albeit an RE market crash, the prices for homes will continue to rise, regardless if interest rates are 7% or 2%. Most Gen Zers, have spending problems not an income problem.
I’ll wait like 3 more years
Buying a house right now has gotta be the dumbest thing someone can do at the moment
This has to be a f'ing joke. Prices are still waaaaaay higher than they were just 5 years ago not to mention 7% interest rate. Never invite this clown back onto the show again. This is Trumps fault you morons! Ridiculous
These people are lying through there teeth 😂they’re pushing this cuz they know this ship is sinking
More interest for Zionist bankers! Yay!
These people trying to school the American people and what to do😂😂😂😂😂
