They say the attacker was 25 and the person stabbed was close to 60 going home from work. Did he really have to use a weapon to fight off a 60 year old. Not only that he came from the Bronx to kill someone in Queens. I guess now it all depends if the killer has previous charges or mental defects not to be working in peace providing for himself or his family
