I don't know about Ukraine using Starlink to kill Russians, but I know about Elon using Starlink to kill Ukrainians by switching it off without notice while missiles and drones were incoming and Ukraine planned to use Starlink to intercept those drones and missiles.

If successful, he’ll rank as the eighth country in the world right between Italy and Russia, based on market capitalization. I don’t think that this is a good idea.
