So you just put basic ahh instructions and didn't consider if I can use cream from raw milk or how am i suppose to kill bacteria in that raw milk's cream ?
I used to make it exactly like that but I can't make it anymore becayse they are dabbing with cream and milk. It doesn't clog any more. It remains the same. No matter how much you beat it with the mixer!
Can you post a strawberry butter tutorial? Have tried many times followed recipes and it always turns out to be butter with chunky strawberry bits and the diner version always hits better.
I tried this with a Breville mixer. Butter milk and butter would not seperate. AI told me the found and binders in the cream act to prevent separation. AI suggested adding 1/4 cup icy water to force the separation. That worked reasonably. It seems that single cream without additives is more important than double cream with additives.
He isn't telling you to go buy heavy cream just to make butter. There are recipes I use that call for heavy cream but I never use all of it. This would be a good use of the leftover after making my dish as to not waste it.

It would be better done in a food processor with the metal chopping blade! It'll be much quicker and cleaner too!

isn't heavy cream just butter and milk? so you're just separating the buter and the milk so you could just buy real butter
