Cops are the worst criminals
Almost all of the cops arrested, fired, or charged with abusing the camera system were caught by the people they were stalking and brought to the attention of the police, NOT the software specifically designed to catch that specific kind of abuse.
Police will never voluntarily address the public with information like that and won't be looking for it in the first place even if they know it happens. And that's not even mentioning the cameras that have been positioned ooking away from traffic towards kids swimming pools, playgrounds, inside private homes, and womens locker rooms.
Any cities that want these things should have a cops annual salary taken out of their annual budget for every 10 cameras.
Citizens, Fourth Amendment Patriots with sawzalls will be cutting down on a few things themselves.

Websites exist to find out if your CELLPHONE locations have been tracked. Also, a website exists to track your cellphone.
The newer 'Smarter' Cars have cellphone type technology, and that would be yet ANOTHER type of tracking, using CELLPHONE TOWERS.
At least now similarly, you can find out if you've been tracked by these Flock cameras.
Anyone STALKING an individual would do better surreptitiously attaching an AIRTAG to your vehicle or a personal item to track you.
I haven't seen a website offering any feedback about AIRTAGS. That would be almost impossible.
In my opinion, the Ani-Flock Camera FAD hasn't been well thought out by the computer unsophisticates that don't know much about phones, internet, computers, etc. I suspect you're being herded by the stupid EXTREME liberals that want you to vote for DEFUNDING the POLICE.
The Flock Cameras are OUTDOORS. If you're worried about PRIVACY, put a piece of TAPE over the cameras on your PHONE's and Computer's cameras. This has been suggested over a decade ago. Personally, I use electrician's tape. I peel it off when I need to photo something.
Anyone paranoid about being tracked this way is probably a chronically BAD DRIVER or CRIMINAL.
A criminal such as a kidnapper (possible Amber Alert), carjacker, car thief, armed robber, thug, road-rager, hit-and-run, crazy shooter, or a murderer.
Not a good idea to guzzle beers or smoke crack while driving either, anyway.

As for unnecessary DATA CENTERS, this is a separate topic. Data and bandwidth can be less needed if its NOT WASTEFULLY implemented. For example, I DON'T need a VIDEO advertisement for everything. If I'm interested, I can REQUEST a video.
Another example…… If I'm curious about a product, and I go to the website to look at it, I should be given the option to REJECT further advertising, instead of simply opting out of 'cookies'. The unnecessary follow up advertising costs me time, is data and bandwidth wasteful, and wastes the advertising money of the company whose website I visited.
OTHER trimmings to data and bandwidth usage can also be done.
This should employ software engineers then (some who are currently worried about their careers ending), INSTEAD of employing construction crews to build unnecessary Data Centers that ruin the environment and waste electricity.
These cameras can hear what you’re saying they can hear your conversations around where you’re walking names if you have a credit card out, they can get facial recognition and save that. For AI use.! one gentleman that investigates these said that they can hear every conversation in your house and record it and sell it and use it for future use. Or who knows what they could use it for you say something wrong they might come to your house and barge it down because he said you’re gonna kill the president for for example.

These officials knew Flock Camera's intentions and data gathering ability, but public was shielded from any disclosed intentions, With the decision being done behind closed doors to have NO public influence or permission. Forcast into the Horizon people, this is just the start. This is America! allow the Govt. to take your freedoms away a little at a time till the "Dysfuntion Becomes the Normal" This is a Public Surveillance and Data Collection on the Citizens.
