No they don't have spatial audio nor noise cancelation, check deusexsilicium he is a french tech and he took apart both the original and this one and he analyzed the hardware architecture, it's bad, not as bad as the worse but still so bad that they didn't put the 8 microphones the orignal one have and the noise cancelation is just a weird sound playing with your music, it's a 8mb code in this NAND memory.
