I don't know the best moment in Season 16 but in Season 17 the best 10 minutes is definitely in the dinner service where Josh gets eliminated in the middle of service for having cold garnish in his hand after acting like an aggressive lunatic for the whole service
Eddie and Jackie get a hilarious amount of screentime in this season and are way weirder than the other contestants, you almost have to wonder if they're industry plants

I’m relatively early to one of their posts for once
Even if Kris Jenner didn't put out a cookbook, she still deserved good food. Hassan was a very vocal and assertive chef and a early frontrunner, so it was such a shame that he was eliminated on Chef Andi's wedding episode, and other less deserving chefs got to stay over him.
