When the Court appears to place partisan interests above constitutional principles, it jeopardizes public trust in the judiciary and weakens one of the pillars of our democracy. No justice should answer to a president. Their loyalty must be to the Constitution, the rule of law, and the American people.

So we are now waiting on a campaign finance ruling (Watson v. RNC), 2 rulings on transgender policies, (Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. BPJ), and the birthright citizenship ruling (Dump v. Barbara). I predict that we'll prevail on the birthright citizenship case, that we will either split or lose both transgender rulings, and that we'll prevail in the Watson v. RNC case with a 5-4 ruling.
Failing to take up the case isn't the same thing as ruling against that petitioner. Keep that in mind.
