If its based on a video submission about their patriotic beliefs then course non white kids aren't going to be there in vast numbers because they and their families aren't patriotic at all
Similar to this, during the Freedom250 travesty in the National Mall, several states declined to participate, and when they found out that other folks were pretending to represent their state, those pretenders are now being sued for impersonating state officials, and defamation of character, and the like. It might be interesting to see similar fallout from these particular state representatives.
