Why would you film there at night when you can't see anything? How about some drone footage. Who thought looking at flooding from the ground makes more sense than from the air?

Why can't they take the excess runoff of these lakes that are too full where they have the dams holding all this water back, and fill up as many water trucks as they can and transport all the excess runoff to all the people that are in droughts right now. It would be a good use of that water it would alleviate our flooding and give them the water that they are very much needing doesn't take rocket science to figure it out
