"Squatters rights" aren't a thing. There are "tenants rights", which are designed to prevent your landlord from changing the locks when you are gone and renting your apartment to somebody else. So the alternative is to allow landlords to totally screw over tenants.

Owner is female wei Wang who is unable to get into the us anymore for 5 years now. So during the Biden era something happened and they got revoked from the u.s.
Her husband xiadong guo suspeicially transferred the deed solely to his wife in 2015 which is extremely odd.
The scammers are Brandon aadee and Diana peng who have done the same to several other houses and currently face charges for notary fraud and identity fraud and selling a house they dont own to real estate agents and other buyers.
The two have already been previously convicted for fema fraud and identity theft. Yet they were still able to continue doing these crimes under Cali politics. They have stolen at least 8 homes so far, and that's just for a single year. It doesn't include the possibly dozens of mansions they have stolen prior to recent years.
Although squatters now occupy the house. The 2 deed thieves have fled and are long gone. Probably using new names now.
The mysterious owner is either some billionaire daughter to be getting houses as a tourist visa or similar visa….. or heavily involved in a criminal syndicate.nobody knows anything about her or why her husband transferred full ownership
Neighbors say their son attended Stanford. And many many many years ago they may have seen the chinese family on vacation in the u.s. for them to be able to buy a mansion as a vacation house and not care about it, I'm going to guess they have 100 million in net assets at least….whether that be legal money or illegal money.
I know about this scam. Happened where they use my identity to buy a random house and some moron bank and dumb county clerk and deed transfer office would approve the sale. The loan doesn't hurt my credit btw. But I also dont get to own the property sadly.
They buy it using my name and maybe they'll steal the ssn but they'll use their own money to pay for some of it or they'll find some idiot owner that abandons their house and I have no idea why they would do that.
Perhaps their endgame is to sell the house illegally and pretend they own it because the county will say some new name owner owns it. Idk why they dont just pretend to be the original owner instead of transferring the deed with a fake or stolen name.
Usually they do it only to squat. Which can easily be done without the whole fake deed process. They could just stay inside and theyre protected for a minimum of 2 to 10 years in blue states and almost all cities in the nation
