You calculated pi wrong its 3.141 not 3.142
Its 12.56 not 12.57
First of all , pi = 3.142 is approximate value .
Convert it into rectangular or Cartesian co ordinate system , by drawing perpendicular lines I.e x and y axis.
It produce, 4 square of Equivalent area and remaining portion be converted in terms of small square.
4 × 1/2. 2^2 = 8 , now , a^2 + b^2 = c^2
2a^2 = c^2
C = root 2 a = 2root 2
4 portion/ ( 2 root 2)^2 = 1/2
8 . 1/2 = 4 , 4/ 4 = 1 as 90 ^0/ 360 ^0 = 1/4 , so 4/4 = 1
8 +4 +1 = 13 square cm approximately.
