What I have here looks just like a generic rock, but it’s actually pretty dangerous. All of the white stuff is actually asbestos, which is horrible to breathe in.

You can easily find it.
Any where, normally fluffy stuff is getting washed away,by sand,rain and wind,soo look for green,or blue stones on the ground.
I live in post industrial side of Poland,and this shit is everywhere,on the rail trucks,on children's playgrounds,and often mixed with gravel rested near houses.

To be fair, asbestos is generally safe for periodic exposure. It's long-term exposure that you start seeing statistically-significant issues arise. Still, no need to needlessly throw caution to the wind.
