Capcut takes money to export over 60 seconds or you need to pay that aint free
Clipchamp is good for ai voice over but for real editing its better to using PowerPoint rather than clipchamp
Update: Davinci Resolve is the only true free editing software.
Best free ones for mobile would be nice. Using VideoProc Editor on android! Primary reason being Zero Ads! And only feature I've found it lack is can't import Wavs or flacs! Only mp3s and AAC(m4a) but easy enough to export from other vids or use a free audio editor to convert!

Clipchamp and resolve are great but be WARY of the terms and conditions for the other one!
