99% of the information we have about vitamin C products is based around the sorbic acid, which Peach & Lily does not use.
When a lot of brands, use the verbiage “stabilized, vitamin C,” the ingredient that Peach & Lily uses does not need to be stabilized because it is not unstable.
Their particular vitamin C ingredient is also much more effective at being absorbed by the skin.
When a 20% absorb acid is applied only about 5% makes it into the skin cell, but with the vitamin C that Peach & Lily uses a 2% concentration in the product has been shown more effective than a 20% concentration of a sorbic acid.
