I combined “Percy & James” from Capsule Plarail with “Chiikawa” and modified it into an N-gauge model train.

This channel introduces how to convert LEGO, Wind-up Train, Miniature car, etc. to a Modeltrain.
Remodeling requires craftsmanship, and i also perform dangerous work using tools such as knives, drills, files, and motor tools.

The Chiikawa face uses a character part from “Puchiteru,” a system for creating custom nameplates.

Percy combined it with the “Usagi”.
Percy’s chassis uses of KATO 10-503-1 Chibiloco set.
The chassis is fixed with double-sided tape.

Motor installed in Mail Van.
Power unit using TOMYTEC HM-01.
The coupler extension parts are those that came with the Tethudou Collection running parts set.

James combined it with the “Hachiware”.
After attaching the floorboard made from 1mm-thick plastic plate,
I attached the chassis, leading wheels, and tender wheels using double-sided tape.

Chassis is self made.
