i suspect that the defense is overstating it. The holdout WAS following the law….you can be mad as a hatter, but if you know what you're doing is wrong, you are guilty . Lindsay planned the unalivings, sent her hubby away so she wouldn't be interrupted during the unaliving. It's the way of the world in families….men hit women (this hubby didn't!) women hit little children, the child kicks the dog. The problem is that children and dogs don't vote, so they don't matter.
You kind of wonder how this defense lawyer is gonna live with himself knowing that his client murdered three innocent children and he got her off. He won the trial that’s sick. He is mentally ill as she is.
