T-Mobile has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After being a loyal customer, I’m extremely disappointed by how little they seem to value or respect their loyal customers. Their customer service is frustrating, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable. Loyalty clearly means nothing to this company.
I DO NOT recommend T-Mobile. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
