Did the CIA secretly stop a Putin strike on NATO?

CIA Director John Ratcliffe made a rare, unannounced trip to Moscow on Tuesday, August 25, to meet with Russian intelligence officials, according to U.S. and Kremlin sources.

While U.S. officials and the CIA have officially declined to comment on the exact substance of the meeting, the Wall Street Journal reports the high-level trip comes amid critical U.S. intelligence warnings. According to reports, the U.S. recently intercepted information indicating Russia is planning a new military mobilization and looking to test the resolve of NATO.

  1. Um no.more like ratcliff stopped a NATO false flag on russia which wouldve triggered article 5.globalists need a large scale war to cover up thefact that every globalist run country is broke.

  2. Us has all the weapons we need we used up a lot of the old stuff and we got yhe best new stuff out there being built unadvertised drones boat drones anti drone weapons
U.S. doctrine has always been be ready for two fronts like in ww2 never changed we got shit stored sll
    Over Europe

  3. So what was the cargo? American mercenary bodies? Begging Russia to mellow out? Then within 7 days peace proposal all while still attacking Iran? W wedding? Paying for genocide over 700,000 slaughtered? Stop this war so we can continue these wars. Oh ok. Russia should not return 1” of land they now are on. Enough of EU West Cabal Imperialism.

  4. Obviously, it was not a secret, the CIA got word that Russia was going to attack a NATO ally in October/November. His visit was a reminder that an attack on one, is an attack on all.
Everyone sorta knows now that it was Britain, likely one of their bases across Europe.
It does make you wonder, if Putin's back is against the wall, how he will lash out.

  5. How Putin can trust CIA report then stop his action as CIA's Advice, after CIA mistake in Iraq of the chemical weapon as reason to start iraq war? NATO continues to launch drones at Moscow; closing Russian airspace in this manner is tantamount to declaring World War III and invading Russia. Thirty-one wealthy men hired a scrawny drug addict to attack a burly, impoverished, and desperate blacksmith—the fate awaiting these wealthy men was clear, the death knell are being toll across Europe. Nato stop bring war home before China arrival.

  6. At the time, the international community including Ukraine could not believe that a responsible permanent member of the UN Security Council would commit an act of aggression akin to Hitler’s. Yet, in November 2021 three months prior to the invasion the CIA had already detected signs of an impending Russian military offensive. Viewing the situation with grave concern, President Biden dispatched CIA Director Burns to Moscow to warn Putin and other high ranking Russian officials that an invasion would trigger comprehensive international sanctions, plunging the Russian economy into a dire state. However, Putin and his inner circle remained dismissive; scoffing at the warning, they displayed absolute confidence in their military might, asserting that the Russian armed forces were highly modernized and capable of going toe to toe with any military in the world, including that of the United States. They declared that the Ukrainian military would instantly collapse in a direct confrontation with Russian forces. Three months later, Putin launched the invasion.

  7. I’d be more likely to believe he’s there to coordinate an attack in Europe.. or to maybe request a cyber attack on our elections.. or maybe schedule an attack on Europe at an opportune time where he can use it as an excuse to stay in power.. We are talking about the most corrupt swampy administration ever.

  8. This is a follow-up to my previous statement.

The real reason the CIA chief was sent to Moscow was to make one thing clear to Putin—a former intelligence officer himself: the CIA's objective is not regime change.

The CIA has a long history of involvement in regime-change operations, among many other activities. Putin understands that history better than most.

Russia's nuclear deterrent, therefore, should not be viewed solely as a means of defending the Russian people or Russian territory. It also serves as the ultimate safeguard of the Russian state and, ultimately, the survival of Putin's government.

  9. I think the NATO partners should cyber attack Russia 24/7 for the whole duration of the Ukraine war(don't include traitor Trump). This is for all the prodding the Putin has done, fallen drone in Romania, hitting Germany's airport, dragging the underwater internet cables, cyber attacks on the U.K and death threats to the UK PM.

When Putin accuses the NATO partners of cyber attacks, just deny it, like Putin does. Gaslight him back.

  10. President Putin reportedly confided to his inner circle that if the war ended without achieving its objectives, he would face execution by hanging. This was reported by the prominent British business magazine *The Economist*, citing sources close to the Kremlin. It is said that Putin repeatedly watched footage showing the aftermath of the executions of Libya’s Colonel Gaddafi and Iraq’s President Hussein both of whom met gruesome ends.

  11. No they didn't, Russia isn't brain damaged to attack NATO unilaterally. There could be false flag attacks like bombing for nordstream by Ukrainians and blame russia to start ww3 .

  12. Gee, I wonder why he would want to test NATO right now, I wonder why Ratcliffe would have to make it clear the US doesn't want that? Could it be because our cheetoh in chief constantly talks about withdrawing from NATO, taking Greenland, warms up to our enemies like Putin and Kim Jong, and raises tariffs on all our allies? The guy is practically giving Puton a green light, so of course they have to send someone to try to fix that impression.

  13. Communication doesn’t involve flying across the world these days. The reason for face to face undocumented meetings with Russia, which trump has been doing forever, is obvious. Collusion, he’ll lie claiming interests of natl security. I don’t feel more secure with this man’s secret dealings with foreign communist countries. Trump deals are done verbally with handshakes, no paper trail no evidence. No transparency. That’s why he’s still a free man.

  14. Can’t trust this administration; all they’ve done w/Russia is remove sanctions while seeking personal profit for themselves. If it was true, he’d install sanctions on Russia. HE REFUSES.

  15. Trump deny it…haha. Who the hack listen to him as a secure source ?? haha. He is the biggest liar of all times in the WH, and he cannot step on Putin`s toes as Putin own Trump, the great traitor to the West. If he did this, it was to make Trump some favor or lift his image in some way, not to save any other NATO member. Remember he said he would give Ruzz access to attack any NATO country about 1 1/2 year ago. I dont trust Trump in any instanse, not at all. Something that has been correct the last 2 years. But also his 1st term. The greatest Clown and Traitor of all time.

  16. NATO countries continue to attack Russia, with drones and missiles, fired by their proxies. Eventually, Russia will need to strike back. Why does NATO want a war sooo badly? They have no other reason to exist.
